Spectracomm provides 24x7 technical support for mission critical networks. Included in the support is full network monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair to both PC's and Server's. Virtual IT HelpDesk
The technical support operations will be staffed from 8AM to 8PM Monday to Friday. At other times, including Holidays, an engineer is on-call and will be automatically paged via an automated system, triggered by an alarm/trouble indication at Spectracomm’s Network Operating Control Center (NOCC). The technician will have the capability to troubleshoot the problem off-site and the option of reporting to the NOCC or customer site for further analysis and trouble resolution*.
