Spectracomm provides 24/7 technical support for mission critical networks. Included are full network monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair.

The NOCC will be staffed from 8AM to 8PM Monday to Friday. At other times, including Holidays, an engineer is on-call and will be automatically paged via a system triggered by an alarm/trouble indication at Spectracomm’s Network Operating Control Center (NOCC). The technician will have the capability to troubleshoot the problem off-site and the option of reporting to the NOCC or customer site for further analysis and trouble resolution.*
